Does your mAb against human CMV pp28 work in flowcytometry as well ?
Resolution:
pp28 is a capsid protein present on the interior of the virus and (to my knowledge) is not a cell surface antigen. You may want to consider the anti-glycoprotein B antibody. While this has not been specifically validated in Flow Cytometry, it would be a good candidate.
