We will be sending a protein with the GST Tag and will have you screen with the same protein with a His tag. How much of each do we need to send you and how far apart?
Resolution:
Ideally, we would like 5 milligrams of each - received at the same time so there are no issues with continuing our work. Less is OK but not optimal.
If absolutely necessary, the screening protein can be sent to be received by us no later than 40 days into the immunization regimen.
