I purchased EBV gp350 antibody(EA070-100) this week. I am going to use this antibody to do IFA. The protocol you suggested is SOP-137. But the protocol doesn't include the fixation of cells on slide. I need test my specific cell samples. So Should I use acetone or Methanol:acetone(1:1) or some other methods to fix the cells?
Resolution:
The IFA slides that the protocol references have been fixed with cold acetone for 5 minutes and air dried.
