Can you please provide us with the end-point titers of the mice of our project?
Resolution:
In our system, with our reagents and optimizations, all four mice had 0.100 absorbance endpoints in excess of 1:650,000. The endpoint is only meaningful comparing the mice to each other. This number has no other application and cannot be used to evaluate other projects, immunogens or vendors.
