Could you please recommend a starting dilution for FACs analysis using your EBV gp350 monoclonal antibody (catalog # EA070-100)?
Resolution:
Unfortunately we have no experience in FACS using this antibody.
Whenever we are in the dark with a new antibody, we go with 1:100 and dilute out. This gives you a starting concentration of 10 ug/ml - sufficient for most applications.
