ELISA Results
Antigen is Virusys # EV045 EBV gp125 VCA coated at various dilutions in PBS. Antigen is probed with human antisera (top of page) or a monoclonal antibody anti-EBV gp125 (bottom of page). Titration of test antigen with monoclonal antibody is performed against two previous 1X batches of the # EV011 gp125. Relative potency is calculated at an absorbance of 0.500.
