A 100 ml spinner flask is infected with your recombinant baculovirus at an MOI of 5 - 10. Samples are withdrawn at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours and separated by centrifugation. An SDS-PAGE and western blot (using your antibody) is run on the cells and supernatant of each time point to map the kinetics and distribution of protein production.
